RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-5148
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENTS WITH SALINA SOUTH HIGH VOCAL MUSIC BOOSTER CLUB AND
CHARLES R. CULLEY FOR CONCESSION OPERATIONS.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
agreements with Salina South High Vocal Music Booster Club for Bill Burke
Park concession operations and Charles R. Culley for the Municipal Pool
concession operations, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreements.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 21st day of April, 1997.
