Second reading Ordinance Number 04-10220 providing for a change in zoning district classification
from R-2 (Multi-Family Residential) and R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) District to PC-1 (Planned
Restricted Business) District on property legally described as Lots 26 and 27 in Surveyor's Plat A
and Lots 1, 3, and the North 41.5 feet of Lot 5 on 10th Street and Lots 2, 4 and the North 41.5 feet of
Lot 6 on 9th Street in Seitz Addition and addressed as 300 S. 9th Street.
BACKGROUND:
This ordinance was passed on first reading July 19, 2004. Since that time no comments have been
received.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance Number 04-10220 on second reading.
