RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-5169
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BUSINESS
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 BOARD OF ADVISORS, DISCIPLINARY
ADVISORY BOARD, HOUSING AUTHORITY, ARTS AND HUMANITIES
COMMISSION, AND THE PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 2(c) of Resolution Number 90-4242 calls for
Citizen Board member appointments to be made by resolution submitted by the
Mayor to the full City Commission for final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain Citizen Boards,
Commissions and Committees; SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing. Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. The following persons, as proposed by the Mayor of the
City of Salina, are hereby appointed to the designated Citizen Boards for the
term indicated:
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 BOARD OF
ADVISORS
Tricia L. Nicolau, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Monte Shadwick to August 31, 1999.
DISCIPLINARY ADVISORY BOARD
Kelli J. Phachanla, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Gregory Petrakis to August 31, 1998.
HOUSING AUTHORITY
Michael G. Flory, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Robb Walker to August 31, 1999.
ARTS AND HUMANITIES COMMISSION
Terah C. Isaacson, appointed as Youth Liaison to
May 30, 1998.
PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD
Mandi Chace, appointed as Youth Liaison to May 30,
1998.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 16th day of June 1997.
