A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH JIM SWEDLUND FOR APPRAISAL AND ACQUISITION
SERVICES FOR EASEMENTS NEEDED ON THE NORTH OHIO STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
-- Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Mr. Jim Swedlund for appraisal and acquisition services for
easements needed on the North Ohio Street Improvement Project No. 97-1014,
subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, for a total contract
amount not to exceed $23,700.00.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 16th day of June, 1997.
