Salina RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-5180 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY FOR RELOCATION OF AN EXISTING FLASHING LIGHT SIGNAL AT THE MAGNOLIA STREET CROSSING IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS. BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad Company, a Utah Corporation, to relocate the existing northwestern cantilever flashing light signal at the Magnolia Street crossing, at grade, along, over and across the Union Pacific Railroad Company's McPherson Branch track with Magnolia Street at Mile Post 547.96 in Salina, Kansas, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement. Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 21st day of July, 1997. Peter F.
