RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-5210
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH KANZA COMPOSTING YARD WASTE RECYCLE CENTER FOR
YARD WASTE DISPOSAL.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with KANZA Composting Yard Waste Recycle Center for yard waste
disposal subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 3rd day of November, 1997.
