A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA AND AGLER AND GAEDDERT,
CHARTERED, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR AN AUDIT OF CITY
RECORDS FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1997, FOR A COST NOT TO
EXCEED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($27,700) .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the Mayor if the City of Salina is hereby authorized
to execute an agreement between the City of Salina and Agler and Gaeddert,
Chartered, Certified Public Accountants, for an audit of City records for the
year ending December 31, 1997, at a cost not to exceed Twenty-seven
thousand seven hundred dollars ($27,700).
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 10th day of November, 1997.
