RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-5216
A RESOLUTION AMENDING ARTICLES 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 23 AND 24
OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS PERSONNEL MANUAL, AND REPEALING
THE EXISTING ARTICLE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That Articles of the City of Salina Personnel Manual is
hereby amended as noted in the attached document.
Section 2. That the existing Articles 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 23 and 24
of the City of Salina, Kansas Personnel Manual is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect on
January 1, 1998.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 24th day of November, 1997.
