RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-5220
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH SALINA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 305
IMPLEMENTING SALINA'S SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER PROGRAM.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Salina Unified School District No. 305 implementing Salina's
School Resource Officer Program as provided in the terms of the agreement.
Section 2. That this agreement shall be in effect from December 1,
1997 until the end of the 1999-2000 school year.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 24th day of November, 1997.
