RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-5221
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 WITH DMA ARCHITECTS, P.A. FOR
ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES REQUIRED TO CONSTRUCT
CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SMOKY HILL MUSEUM.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with DMA Architects, P.A. for additional
architectural services required to construct certain improvements to the Smoky
Hill Museum subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement in an amount
not to exceed $16,975.35.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 1st day of December, 1997.
