(6.1)Approve the minutes of May 11, 2020.

(7.1) First Reading Ordinance No. 20-11033 establishing a temporary moratorium on
future building permits in the Grand Prairie Addition in the City of Salina,
Kansas.
(7.1a) Declare a compelling public purpose exists to allow first and second
reading on the same day. (At the discretion of the Governing Body).
(7.1b) Second reading Ordinance No. 20-11033. (At the discretion of the
Governing Body).
(7.2) Resolution No. 20-7834 resuming and rescheduling meetings of specific city of
Salina, Kansas subordinate boards and commissions administered by the
Community & Development Services Department in response to the budgetary
shortfalls caused by the COVID-19 outbreak and amending, in part, Resolution
No. 20-7824.
(7.3) Fieldhouse & Camp Salina Discussion.
