2020 Programming Support Memorandum of Understanding between the Salina Arts & Humanities Foundation and the City of Salina for Programming funds in support of the 2020 Smoky Hill River Festival Board Members The Salina Arts & Humanities Foundation (Foundation) serves as a private Pam Davis supporting organization to Salina Arts & Humanities, a department of the City Maggie Smith Hemmer Robert Justus of Salina (City). Rod Meier Aaron Morrison In this role and in accordance with the Agreement between the Foundation Trey Mowery Mark Ritter and the City dated April 14, 2009, the board of directors of the Foundation has Monte White budgeted up to $115,000 in programming support for the 2020 Smoky Hill Ann Zimmerman River Festival. The funds are available beginning November 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. The City may request transfer of funds from the Foundation for contracts, deposits, and fee payments at any time in correspondence with the City's calendar fiscal year by presenting an invoice for the requested amount. The Foundation requests an itemized list of expenditures associated with this funding on or before September 30, 2020.
