Monte White budgeted up to $115,000 in programming support for the 2020 Smoky Hill

River Festival. The funds are available beginning November 1, 2019 through
September 30, 2020. The City may request transfer of funds from the
Foundation for contracts, deposits, and fee payments at any time in
correspondence with the City's calendar fiscal year by presenting an invoice
for the requested amount.
The Foundation requests an itemized list of expenditures associated with this
funding on or before September 30, 2020.
