Second reading Ordinance Number 99-9960, approving an amendment to the approved preliminary
development plan and changing the zoning district classification from Single-Family Residential to Multi-Family
Residential in Golden Eagle Estates.
Background:
This ordinance was passed on first reading December 20, 1999. Since that time no comments have been
received.
Recommendation:
Adopt Ordinance Number 99-9960 on second reading.
