Second reading Ordinance No. 01-10067 establishing a capital cost recovery charge for the purpose of paying a
portion of the cost of the installation of water and sanitary sewer mains (Project No. 99-1183 in the vicinity of
South Ninth Street and Water Well Road).
Background:
This ordinance was passed on first reading November 26, 2001. Since that time no comments have been received.
Recommendation:
Adopt Ordinance Number 01-10067 on second reading.
