THIS INDENTURE, Made this (t.¡,o- day of April, 2004, by and between Lawrence
D. Triplett and Millicent F. Triplett, Trustees of the Lawrence D. Triplett Trust UtA dated
April 21, 1997, Grantor, and the City of Salina, Kansas, Grantee.
TRUSTEE'S DEED
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Lawrence D. Triplett established a Revocable Trust known as
"Lawrence D. Triptlett Trust", pursuant to a Trust Agreement dated April 21, 1997, wherein
Lawrence D. Triplett and Millicent F. Triplett were designated as the Trustees thereof; that
Lawrence D. Triplett and Millicent F. Triplett remain the duly appointed and acting Trustees
of the Lawrence D. Triplett Trust UtA dated April 21: 1997; and
WHEREAS, the Lawrence D. Triplett Trust UtA dated April 21, 1997, remains an
unrevoked Trust and under the provisions of said Trust Agreement the Trustees of said
Trust are authorized to sell, exchange, partition, or otherwise dispose of any property, real
or personal, at public or private sale, and for such purposes and upon such terms as are
deemed advisable;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
Lawrence D. Triplett and Millicent F. Triplett, Trustees of the Lawrence D. Triplett Trust UtA
dated April 21, 1997, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the City of Salina,
Kansas, its successors and assigns, the following described real estate, to-wit
Block Two (2) of Blocks Two (2) and Three (3), Northeast Industrial Park
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
to have and to hold the same, with all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto
belonging forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto caused this Trustee's
Deed to be executed on its behalf by its duly authorized Trustees on the day and year first
above written.
