Study Session 2:30 p.m. - The City Commission will convene for a Study Session, the agenda
for which is attached. Members of the public are invited to attend this informal session and
discuss matters of interest with the City Commissioners during an "open forum" period from

of Troy Vancil, Genesis Homes) requesting an amendment to the conditions of
Ordinance #92-9532, of a Planned Shopping Center District for the Matlock-
Johnson Addition.

Application #SR03-1, filed by the Salina City Planning Commission, requesting
an amendment of Section 36-74.1 of the Subdivision Regulations to increase the
minimum right-of-way and paving width requirements for public residential

(8.1) Second reading Ordinance No. 04-10202 annexing a 45.25 tract of land located
