PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
The CITY OF SALINA. KANSAS, a Kansas public corporation, ('Grantor"), for valuable
consideration, conveys, to its public and franchise utilities, in perpetuity:
A permanent utility easement for the purposes of locating, constructing,
excavating, and maintaining poles, wires, conduit, pipeline, and junction boxes
for the purposes of conducting, transmitting and distributing water, sewage,
electricity, gas and electronic communications by the City, its franchisees, and
its licensees (the "Easement").
Together with the right of access, in, on, over, under and through the real estate legally
described and depicted on the attached Exhibit A (the "Real Estate") which shall be subject to
the Easement.
Grantor acknowledges that this grant of Easement shall neither alter nor affect the
Grantor's obligation to maintain the Real Estate.
Grantor hereby covenants that is it the lawful owner of the Real Estate and has the
right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto caused this instrument to be
executed this 23rd day of April, 2018.
