DUE TO THE LACK OF SCHEDULED AGENDA ITEMS, THE HERITAGE COMMISION
MEETING SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25, 2018 WILL NOT BE HELD. THE
NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 25, 2018 AT
4:00 P.M. IN ROOM 107 OF THE CITY-COUNTY BUILDING.

ADDRESSING THE HERITAGE COMMISSION
The public is invited to speak on any public hearing item under discussion by the Heritage
Commission.
Please raise your hand and after receiving recognition from the Chairman, stand, state your
name and address, and the purpose for speaking.
Generally speaking, the order of presentation after introduction of any item by the Chairman
will be:
1. Summary presentation by the Staff and Staff Opinion.
2. Comments by the applicant.
3. Comments by interested citizens.
4. Additional comments by the applicant, as appropriate.
5. Additional comments by citizens, as appropriate.
6. Heritage Commission discussion and action.
Any person may appeal a decision of the Heritage Commission regardless of any action
that the Board takes by filing a written protest with the City Clerk within 14 days after the
conclusion of the public hearing. Protest petitions are available at the City Clerk's office.
