RE: Termination of Agreement
Dear Ms.Wicks:
Pursuant to paragraph 9 of the Agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Rineco
Environmental Services ("Rineco") dated January 1, 2016 9the "Agreement"), this correspondence
shall serve as notice of voluntary termination of the Agreement. The Agreement requires thirty
(30) clays written notice, and Rineco proposes that an agreeable termination date is February 20,
2018. Rineco expressly reserves any and all rights it may have pursuant to the Contract tinder
applicable law or otherwise. Please indicate acknowledgement and receipt of this notice by
executing and returning a copy of this letter. Please feel free to contact the undersigned with any
questions or concerns.
