Additional Narrative or Areas Rated
#4 #13-#15, #24: FS initial coverage map failed to provide full coverage of community, plus buffer area, at desired decibel level, per
RFP specs. FS did eventually provided adequate coverage map and adjusted pricing for additional sirens needed.
#18: FS coverage response resulted in the need to purchase two additional sirens, with pricing at 50% of full value.
#21, #22, #24: FS was not as organized as desired regarding specific siren placement/locates and site restoration. Project manager
had to address site restoration and resulting safety issues for multiple sites.
#30 & #31: See prior comments. Due to coverage and site placement issues, the project completion date was extended from 4/1/17
to 8/24/17
Final project does provide full coverage, works properly and meets contract expectations.
