November 10, 1998
The BID Board of Directors met in the SDI Conference Room at 114A S. 7th Street.
President Appleby called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM.
The following members were noted in roll call in addition to President, Lou Appleby; Wayne
DeBey, Secretary, Steve Michel, Treasurer, Jerry Hinrikus, vice president, Carl Adrian, Bud Jilka,
Jim Loader, Kay Stewart, Paul Warden, Todd Welsh, Norm Yenkey, and Don Heath- ex officio.
Also present were Nick Slechta, and Kathy MaIm, staff members.
Absent: Andy Anderson, and Mike Montoya.
Mr. Yenkey moved seconded by Mr. Hinrikus, approving the minutes of the October 13th meeting.
Motion passed 10-0.
*Mr. Adrian arrived at 3:32 PM.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned at 3:34 PM.
