A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYORTO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH DICK HORTON CONSULTINGFOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING AND
AUTHORIZING A COMPREHENSIVE PARKS AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVEDby the governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1.The Mayoris hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Dick Horton Consulting
for the purpose of developing and authorizing a comprehensive parks and recreation master plan.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreementand retain according to
the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force andeffect from and after its adoption.
