Consider request by James S. Leiker to contract for fire protection with the City of Salina.
BACKGROUND:
As per Section 14-1 of the City Code, the City may enter into a contract for fire protection for property located
outside the city limits. This property is located at 1797 E. Magnolia; Saline County, Kansas.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the first reading of Ordinance Number 98-9880 authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract
for fire protection.
