Salina, Kansas (hereinafter "City") and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company f/k/a
Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P. d/b/a AT&T Kansas (hereinafter "AT&T Kansas"),
AT&T Kansas hereby informs the City that all "notice" required to be provided to
AT&T Kansas pursuant to the terms of Salina Ordinance 07-10395 should, as of this
