Together with the right of access, in, on, over, under and through the real estate legally described on the attached Exhibit A and depicted on the attached Exhibit B (the "Real Estate") which shall be subject to the Easement. Grantor acknowledges that this grant of Easement shall neither alter nor affect the Grantor's obligation to maintain the Real Estate. Grantor hereby covenants that is it the lawful owner of the Real Estate and has the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
