Second reading Ordinance No. 03-10167 providing for a change in zoning district classification from
Saline County AG (Agricultural) and PDD R-2 (Multi-Family Residential) to R (Single-Family
Residential) on property described at Lots 1-19, Block 1, Lots 1-12, Block 2, Lots 1-18, Block 3 and
Lots 1-8, Block 4 of the Cedar Ridge Addition.
BACKGROUND:
This ordinance was passed on first reading September 22, 2003. Since that time no comments have
been received.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance Number 03-10167 on second reading.
