Budget Study Session MemoStudy Session

The City Commission Study Session for May 16 will initiate the 2017 budget discussion.
The specific topic for this first session is, as usual, a summary of financial performance
and trends for 2015 and 2016 to date. This will lay the foundation for future budget
discussions.
We are initiating the budget discussions a bit earlier than has typically been the case
with the goal of completing much of the "heavy lifting" by mid to late June.
