The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed is as indicated on
the attached plat and is described as follows: Lot 1, Block l; Lot 1, Block 2 and
a portion of the South-half of the Southeast Quarter DJ' Section 26, Iownsh]p 14
South, Range Three Uest of the Sixth Princi~-} Ileridian.
'(D) The proposed method of assessment is: Adjusted front footage.

The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district a~d the city
