We, the undersigned, being owners.of record of property liable for assessment for
the following proposed improvement:. Curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Hageman Avenue from Saturn Awnue ~o the snuth ~id~ nf r~on. priv~ and water and
sanitary sewer lines to serve Lot , Block I and Lot 1, ~/OCK 2, Nord Su6division.

'hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article 6a,
Chapter 12, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, as amended.
The estimated or probable cost of such improvement is Forty-one thousand eight
hundred ninety-three and fifty cents. ($41,893.50
The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed is as indicated on
the attached plat and is described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1; Lot 1, Block 2 and
a portion of the South-half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Iownship 14
South, Range Three ['lest of the Sixth Principal Meridian.
'(D) The proposed method of assessment is: Adjusted front footage.
(E) The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the city
at large is ~ percent ( 75 %) to be assessed against the improvement district
and~ percent (u.25 %) to be paid by the city at large.
(F) We further propose that such improvement be made without notice and hearing as
required by K.S.A. 12-6a04(1) as amended.
No name may be withdrawn from this petition after
the Governing Body commences consideration of the petition
or later than seven (7) days after, this pet';tion has been
filed with the City Clerk. (K.S.A. 12-5a04)
