Petition No. 3636 is a valid petition as the petition signers
represent 67% of the owners and 52% of the land. We will prepare
'a feasibility report for this request.

hereby propose that such improvement 6e made in the mariner provided by ~rticle 6~
Chapter 12, of the KanSas Statutes Annotated, as amended.
(B) The estimated or probable cost of such improvement is Two hundred ninety-one
thousand five hundred $_i~xty dollars and fifty cent~. (~, 291,560.50
(C) The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed is as indicated on
the attached plat and is described as follows: To be determined by the Enqineer.
(D) The proposed method of assessment is: ad.iusted front footage

The proposed appOrtionment of costs between the improw~ment district and the city
at large is ~percent (94.5%) to be assessed against the improvement district
and~percent ( 5.5 %) to be paid by the city at large.
(F) We further propose that such improvement be made without notice and hearing as
required by K.S.A. 12-6a04(1) as amended.
No name may be withdrawn from this petition after
the Governing Body commences consideration of the petition
or later than seven (7) days after this petition has been
