We, the undersigned, being owners of record of property liable for asseSsment for
the following proposed improvement: Sanitary sewer to serve all of BlOck One, Replat
of Block 4, 10, 11 & 12; all of Block Three, Replat of Block 4, 10, 11 & 12; all of'
Block Nine; all of B~ock. 15; Lots 26-34, Block 16; and ail Of Block 14. ~,~ater to
serve all of Block 9; Lots 26-39, Block 16; and all of Block i4 and 15. Paving of
~eorg.etov~n Road from Brookwood Lane to Seitz Drive, Stewart Lane from Brookwood Lan6
hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article 6a,
Chapter 12, of the Kansas Statu~es Annotated, as amended.
(B) The estimated or probable cost of such improvement is Two hundred ninety-one
thousand five hundred sixty dollars and fifty cents. ($ 291,560.50
(C) The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed is as indicated on
the attached plat and is described as follows' To be determined by the Enoineer.
(D) The proposed method of assessment is: ad.iusted front footage

The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the city
at large, is~.percent (94.5%) to be assessed against the improvement district
and ~percent ( 5.5 %) to be paid by the city at large.
We further propose that such improvement be made without notice and hearing as
required by K.S.A. 12-6a04(1) as amended.
