CITY ENGINEER reports on bids received May 16, 1977
for Engineering Project 77-614.
RESOLUTION - Authorizing and ordering certain curbing, guttering,
paving, grading, water main and services, sanitary sewer and
storm sewer improvements, ordering preparation of plans and
specifications, and the estimate of costs. [Improvements in
Country Club Estates Addition Number 3, requested in Petition
Number 3622 which was filed by Roy Presley.]
RESOLUTION - Giving certain certifications and assurances with
which the City of Salina will comply in regards to its
application for Kansas Land and Water Conservation Fund
Program monies.
LETTER from the City Planning Commission, informing the City
Commission it had reviewed the status of the Salina Land Use
Plan and voted unanimously to make 8 amendments.
LETTER from the City Planning Commission recommending the
approval of Petition Number 3599 which was filed by Salina
Presbyterian Manor, Inc. for the rezoning of a 40 acre tract
in the SE 1/4 of Section 17-14-2, from "A-I" to "R-2/P.D.D."
LETTER from the City Planning Commission recommending the
approval of the final plat of Tolle Subdivision, as requested
in Petition Number 3626 which was filed by Dwight Tolle.
LETTER from the City Planning Commission recommending the
service extension plan be adopted by the City Commission for
annexation of Roselawn Cemetery.

LETTER from the City Planning Commission recommending the

annexation of Kessler Addition.
