Call to Order Opening Ceremony Roll Call Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting May 16, 1977. E. PROCLAMATIONS F. STAFF AGENDA CITY ENGINEER reports on bids received May 16, 1977 for Engineering Project 77-614. RESOLUTION - Authorizing and ordering certain curbing, guttering, paving, grading, water main and services, sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements, ordering preparation of plans and specifications, and the estimate of costs. [Improvements in Country Club Estates Addition Number 3, requested in Petition Number 3622 which was filed by Roy Presley.] RESOLUTION - Giving certain certifications and assurances with which the City of Salina will comply in regards to its application for Kansas Land and Water Conservation Fund Program monies. LETTER from the City Planning Commission, informing the City Commission it had reviewed the status of the Salina Land Use Plan and voted unanimously to make 8 amendments. LETTER from the City Planning Commission recommending the approval of Petition Number 3599 which was filed by Salina Presbyterian Manor, Inc. for the rezoning of a 40 acre tract in the SE 1/4 of Section 17-14-2, from "A-I" to "R-2/P.D.D." LETTER from the City Planning Commission recommending the approval of the final plat of Tolle Subdivision, as requested in Petition Number 3626 which was filed by Dwight Tolle. LETTER from the City Planning Commission recommending the service extension plan be adopted by the City Commission for annexation of Roselawn Cemetery. (Adopt Resolution setting the hearing date of July 25, 1977) LETTER from the City Planning Commission recommending the service extension plan be adopted by the City Commission for annexation of Kessler Addition. (Adopt Resolution setting the hearing date of July 25, 1977) CITY MANAGER requests authorization to seek employment of an administrative intern. PUBLIC AGENDA PETITIOIt NUMBER 3636 - filed by A. B. Seelye Company, !nc. by George Etherington, for street and utility improvements to serve certain lots in Georgetown Addition. REQUEST by the Sal~na Area Chamber of Commerce to discuss the parking problem in our core area. LETTER from the Salina Recreation Commission asking to be exempt from payment of rental fees for the use of Memorial Hall, Lakewood Lodge, and the Community Theatre for public recreation programs.
