On February l, 1977, the Salina City Planning Commission reviewed the Final
Plat of Country Club Estates Addition #3 and found it to be in conformance
with the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Salina. Therefore, by a
unanimous vote of those members present, it was approved and is being sent
