Second reading Ordinance Number 03-10174 amending Chapter 30, Article II pertaining to Merchant
Security Services.
BACKGROUND:
This ordinance was passed on first reading November 17, 2003. Since that time no comments have
been received.
The requested clarification to subsection (2) of Section 30-25 has been made. Police Chief James
Hill will be available for any questions at the meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance Number 03-10174 on second reading.
