AGREEMENT This agreement made and entered into this 22nd day of November, 1966 , between THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS , a munici- pal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and Kenneth Lafferty, d/b/a SALINA FARM SUPPLY, Salina, Kansas , hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee" , WITNESSETH : That the City, in consideration of the rents , covenants and agreements of the Lessee does by these presents lease and rent unto the Lessee the following described property situated in the County of Saline , State of Kansas , to wit : Hanger No. 2E located at the= old municipal airport in Section w' ( 20) , Township Fourteen ( 14) South, Range Two ( 2) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County , Kansas , for a term of six months beginning on November 22 , 1966 , and term- inating on May 21, 1967 , upon the following terms and conditions as hereinafter set forth to wit : (1) . Lessee agrees to pay City as rent for the use of said hanger space above described the sum of $50 .00 per:nmonth which shall be payable monthly in advance to the City Clerk. ( 2) . Lessee agrees to use the property for the 'sole pur pose of storage of farm machinery. ( 3) . Lessee shall make no changes or alterations in the premises without the written consent of the City. ( 4) . Lessee shall be responsible for all damages to the ' leased premises caused by its negligence or that of its employees or licensees. (5) . Lessee agrees to rent the premises in the present con- dition and City shall be under no obligation to repair or main- _ tain the same . ( 6) . Lease may be terminated by either party by thirty days written notice to the other party. ( 7) . Lessee may not assign or sublease the premises without the written consent of the City.
