8th St. & Old Jail Rubble Removal AGREEMENT
For and in consideration of the mutual benefits it is
hereby agreed:
1. That the City of Salina, :•Kansas, for th benefit of
spoiling the,rubble from Eighth Street, Salina, Kansas; promises
and agrees, at its expense to deliver the same along the bank
of ;the Smoky Hill River on Kenneth Mattiscnfs farm in places
located by him.
2. The City of Salina, Kansas, furthermore promises and •
agrees, if and when-the Welfare Building (old jail) is razed,
- -.. to deliver, at its own expense, as much of said rubble there-
from as requested by Kenneth Mattison, along the bank of the
Smoky Hill River on his farm in places located by him.
3. Kenneth Mattison, for himself, his heirs ;and assigns
hereby. releases and promises to hold harmless the City of Salina, -
Kansas, from any past, present or future alleged damages result-
ing from the Flood Control Project.
