We, the undersigned, being residents and property owners in the City of
Salina, Kansas, do hereby petition your honorable body for:
The vacatio~ of a twenty foot (20') utility easement along
and ten feet (10') either side of a line described as'follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Three
(3), Block Eight (8); thence south along the
rear of Lots One (1), Two (2) and Fifteen (15),
and along the west side of Lot Three (3) to the
southwest corner of Lot Three (3); thence south-
easterly a distance of three hundred thirty feet
(330') along the rear of Lots Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Fifteen (15), Sixteen
(16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19),
Twenty (20), and the west thirty feet (30') of Lot
Eight (8), and the west eighteen feet (18') of Lot
Twenty-one (21), all in Key Acres Addition to the
City of Salina, Kansas.
The vacation of a ten foot (10') utility easement described as
follows:
The southeast ten foot (IQ')of the northwest
eighteen feet (18') of Lot Twenty-one (21') Block
Eight (8), all in Key Acres Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansas.
The dedication of a twenty foot (20') utility easement along
and ten feet (10') either side of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Three
(3), Block Eight (8); thence south along the rear
of Lots One (1), Two (2) and Fifteen (15), and along
the west side of Lot Three (3) to the southwest corner
of Lot Three (3); thence southeasterly a distance of
three hundred thirty-three feet (333') along the, rear
of Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven
(7), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen
(18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), and the west thirty-
three feet (33') of Lot Eight (8), and the west twenty-
one (21') of Lot Twenty-one (21), all in Key Acres Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas.
The dedication of a eight foot (8') utility easement described as
follows:
