· Community Access Television of Salina Briefing - Several representatives from Community Access
Television of Salina (C.A.T.S.) briefed the Commission on the results of the recent Community Needs
Assessment Survey. In addition, Dennis Kissinger, City Manager, informed Commissioners that staff will
be working closely with C.A.T.S. at equipment and operational needs for the future.
