Gentlemen:
On August 17, 1976, the Salina City Planning Commission conducted
a public hearing on Petition #3570, filed by Jack and Gary Gebhart,
requesting rezoning of a tract of land in theSout~est Quarter (SW 1/4)
of Section 25, Township 14 South (T14S), Range 3 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, containing 27.94 acres. (Complete legal description
attached)
A motion was unanimously approved by t~ose members present re-
commending that Petition #3570 be approved for District "D" (C-5)
for that portion of the request area north of the proposed Haymaker
Ave. (or Saturn Avenue extended), and District "D" (C-3) for that
portion of the request south of the proposed Haymaker Ave. (or
Saturn Avenue extended), subject to approval of a plat of the entire
area.
