On July 6, 1976, the Salina City Planning Commission conducted a public
hearing on Petition #3568 filed by Mr. Max McClintock for the rezoning
of Lots 8 & 9, Block 5; Lots 8, 9, & 10, Block 6; Lots 8, 9, & 10, Block
7; and Lots ~, 9, & 10, ~;,:;ck 8, all in ~lalterius Addition from Sistrict
"A" to District "B".
At that time a motion was unanimously approved by those members present
to recommend that Petition #3568 be denied as Tulane Street provides an
ample buffer between existing "D" and "A" zoning.
