Second reading Ordinance Number 03-10173 amending Chapter 41, Article IV, Section 41-93 of the
Salina Code pertaining to billing of meters installed for the sole and specific purpose of irrigating
yards and lawns.
BACKGROUND:
This ordinance was passed on first reading November 3, 2003. Since that time no comments have
been received.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance Number 03-10173 on second reading.
