For the benefit of Keith and Jerry, we are required by state law to annually
pass and publish an ordinance which completely describes the corporate limits
of the city.
G-2:
We have included, for your review, the portion of City Commission Minutes over
the past few years that cover the subject.
Other items:
Ron Barta has drafted the enclosed ordinance concerning the examination,
~censing, and regulation of all Mobile Home Craftsmen. Unless we hear from
you, we will place it on the agenda for 1st reading on December 15. It
needs to be passed prior to the end of the year. The proposed licensing and
fee structure was recommended by the Building Code Advisory Board approximately
a year ago when we updated the various license and permit fees.
