RELEASE OF LEASEHOLD MORTGAGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT
The City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation,
pursuant to K.S.A. 58-2306, acknowledges satisfaction of the
debt secured by the following described and recorded Lease-
hold Mortgage and Security Agreement (the "Mortgage") and
the same is hereby released as follows:
(1). The names of the Mortgagors are Jon M. Flickinger
and Janet E. Flickinger, husband and wife, and Xetec, Inc.,
a Kansas corporation.
(2). The name of the mortgagee is the City of Salina,
Kansas, a municipal corporation.
(3). The original mortgage dated December 4, 1987, was
recorded December 9, 1987, in Book 400 of Mortgages, pages
379-387-A of the records of the Register of Deeds of Saline
County, Kansas.
(4). The legal description of the property subject to
the Mortgage and released from such Mortgage pursuant to
this Release is described as follows:
Beginning at a point where the west
right-of-way line of Arnold Avenue intersects the
so8th right-of-way line of Sutherland Road, thence
SO 6'24"E along.the west right-of-way line of
Arn8ld Avenue a distance of 352 feet, thence
S89 53'36"W to the security fence a distance of
220 feet, thence northerly along the security
fence to the south right-of-way line of Sutherland
Road, thence east along the south right-of-way
line of Sutherland Road to the point of beginning,
containing 1.77 acres more or less, all located in
the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) and the Southwest
Quarter (SW/4) of Section Thirty -Four (34),
Township Fourteen (14), Range Three (3) in the
Schilling Subdivision to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas.

RELEASE OF COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF LAND LEASE AGREEMENT
The City. of. Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation,
acknowledges satisfaction of the debt secured by the
following described and recorded Collateral Assignment of
[.and Lease Agreement (the "Collateral Assignment") and the
same is hereby released as follows:
(1). The name of the Assignors are Jon M. Flickinger
and Janet D. Flickinger, husband and wife, and Xetec, Inc.,
a Kansas corporation.
(2). The name of the Assignee is the City of Salina,
Kansas, a municipal corporation.
(3). The original Collateral Assignment, dated
December 4, 1987, was recorded December 9, 1987, in Book
141 of Miscellaneous, pages 3-6, of the records of the
Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas.
(4). The real estate subject to the collateral
assignment and hereby released from such collateral
assignment is described as follows: '
