Leasehold Mortage and Security AgreementGaol a RELEASE OF LEASEHOLD MORTGAGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT The City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation, pursuant to K.S.A. 58-2306, acknowledges satisfaction of the debt secured by the following described and recorded Lease- hold Mortgage and Security Agreement (the "Mortgage") and the same is hereby released as follows: (1). The names of the Mortgagors are Jon M. Flickinger and Janet E. Flickinger, husband and wife, and Xetec, Inc., a Kansas corporation. (2). The name of the mortgagee is the City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation. (3). The original mortgage dated December 4, 1987, was recorded December 9, 1987, in Book 400 of Mortgages, pages 379-387-A of the records of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas. (4).
