rezoning of property in Block 3, Riverview Addition,
from District "A" to District "C".
Gentlemen:
On September 16, 1975 the Salina City Planning Commission
conducted a public hearing on Petition #3503.
By a vote of five (5) in favor to two (2) opposed, a motion
was approved recommending denial of this petition for the
following reasons:
1)
This battle has been fought before by the residents
who are opposed.
2) The subject property is properly a single family use.
