Electronic Records Use - 2014 User Agreement Access to Saline County Register of Deeds Electronic Files and Records All employed,personnel or agents of any authorized Subscriber to the Saline County Register of Deeds electronic files who will access Saline County Register o f Deeds microfilm libraries, information technology or other Register of Deeds records("User")are required to sign this document before accessing any Saline County Register of Deeds microfilm libraries,computer images or other Saline County Register of Deeds records or information as set forth in the applicable Subscriber agreement. "Information technology" includes any computer network,internet access, electronic mail and voice message systems, facsimile devices,or other electronic systems used by Saline County. Subscriber,Subscriber employees, personnel and agents have no expectation of privacy in use of any computer technology or access to records as set forth in this User Agreement or the Subscriber Agreement. Saline County reserves the right to review,audit,or monitor any information technology used by Subscriber Personnel. Subscriber and Users have duties to protect against placing private information in to the possession of the general public or in the possession of persons that do not have a legitimate business need for the information in violation of the Subscriber Agreement. 9.
