Gentlemen:
On July 1, 1975, the Salina City Planning Commission conducted
a public hearing on Petition # 3491 for the rezoning of Lots
1, 2 and 3, Block 9, Replat of Indian Rock Park Addition from
District "A" to District "C".
At that time and upon proper motion, the Planning Commission,
by a unanimous vote of those present, recommended denial of
Petition # 3491 in that it would (1) constitute spot zoning
and (2) multiple family development would not be compatible
in that area at this time.
