approval of the Final Plat
of Lakewood Addition
Gentlemen:
On July 1, 1975, the Salina City Planning Commission reviewed
the Final Plat of Lakewood Addition and found it to comply
with all requirements of the Subdivision Regulations except
for Section VI (A) (6) therein which prohibits centerline off-
sets of less than one hundred fifty (150) feet. Upon receipt
of a request for a waiver of this provision and upon favorable
recommendations by the Planning and Engineering Departments,
the Planning Commission unanimously approved the waiver as
authorized by Section VII (A).
Therefore, the Planning Commission approved the Final Plat of
Lakewood Addition and is forwarding it to you for your
consideration.
