A tract of land located in the North Half (N½) of Section Nineteen (19),
Township Fourteen South (T14S), Range Two West (R2W) of the Sixth Principal
Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point three hundred ninety and eighteen hundredths (390.18)
feet east of the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of said section;
thence bearing S 1o 06' 56" W, to point of beginning, being described as the
NW boundary corner of Victoria Heights Subdivision; thence bearing S 7o 35' 00" E,
a distance of one thousand one hundred fifty and zero hundredths; thence
bearing S 56o 48' 04" E, a distance of eight hundred ninety-two and fifty-
eight hundredths (892.58) feet; thence bearing N Io 06' 56" E, a distance
of one thousand six hJndred twenty-nine and fifty-nine hundredths (1629.59)
feet; thence N 90o 00' 00" W, a distance of nine hundred thirty and zero
hundredths (930.00) feet, parallel to said section line to point of begin-
