Mortgage release South 9th Street Phase II ® PARTIAL REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE RELEASE
The undersigned Mortgagee, pursuant to K.S.A. 58-2306, acknowledges partial
satisfaction of the debt secured by the following described and recorded real estate mortgage (the
"Mortgage") and the same is hereby released in part as follows:
1. The name of the Mortgagor is Salina T.T. Partnership, a Kansas General
Partnership. -
2. The name of the Mortgagee is Security Savings Bank, F.S.B.
3. The Mortgage dated September 10, 1997, was recorded September
16, 1997, in Book 563 of Mortgages, pages 413-416.
4. The legal description of that part of the property subject to the Mortgage released
by this partial release is legally described on the attached and incorporated Exhibit A and as
depicted on the Engineering Drawing attached and incorporated as Exhibit B to this Partial Real
Estate Mortgage Release.
5. This partial release shall not affect the lien of the Mortgage as it applies to the
remaining property described in the Mortgage.
