Insurance.
(6.3)Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with H.
for engineering design services related to the Ninth Street and Cloud Street
Intersection Improvements, Project No. 11-2872.
(6.4)Award the Wayfinding Signs material bid to Creative Sign Design in the amount
of $88,537.00 and the Wayfinding Signs installation bid to Architectural Graphics

(7.1) Second reading Ordinance No. 14-10739 allowing the extension of restaurant
dining areas into the public sidewalk within the Lee District (Salina Business
Improvement District No. 1) area of the C-4 Central Business District, allowing
the consumption of alcoholic beverages through the approval of a Sidewalk Café
License Agreement.
(7.1a) Resolution No. 14-7111 providing for the related adminis
regulations.
(7.2) Resolution No. 14-7115 authorizing the City to enter into an economic
development services agreement with the International Economic Development
Council (IEDC) in conjunction with the Salina Airport Authority (SAA).
